## Nice long personal check in for you today, about my family vacation in Costa Rica. So. Much. Connection.  I love my family.

In today’s [video podcast](https://nikkisilvestri.substack.com/p/costa-rica-and-sharing-your-failures) you’ll hear more about our time away, what it took to get there, and how that relates to Tuckman’s stages of group development when leading a team. You’ll also hear specific strategies for sharing your failures proactively with your team to build trust and vulnerability.
