Hope

Today, my personal check-in is also my professional reflection.

If you follow me on Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn you've already seen this. But this was some channeling, y'all. This was the soil seeping into my toes and flowing up through my body into my voice. Take it in. Let the message penetrate.

The question for us at Soil and Shadow is always: What can managing ecosystems for biodiversity teach us about managing human systems for high performance and social diversity?

In today's vlog, I share:
    1. A deeper arc of my personal health journey, since I caught up with friends I haven't seen in a while

(the video was shared via social media so I talk to them too ;).

    2. The visceral experience of seeing land I've been in relationship with for almost a decade explodes with abundance, and the lessons it's teaching me about my work.

    3. Ways to let the concept of biodiversity dormancy vs biodiversity loss fill you with hope.

Soil has been holding me with such tenderness over the last few weeks, and given me so much. Very glad for the opportunity to share with you as well.
